Reservation

To reserve or to block a space in any EDT excursion or expeditions just get in contact with us by e-mail.  As soon as you have made your reservation, we will send you a package of information including tour logistic, equipment list, and other details about your tour. 

Payment

Service providers (Hotels, Commercial airlines and Charter services)  usually insist on deposits to be paid at fixed dates in longterm advance. If there are any special deposit requirements different to those Regular deposit rules, we  will inform this at the time of confirmation.

To guarantee reservations, the following payment schedule applies (please consider that money transfers may take up to 2 days): By Confirmation 30%.  Deposit of 100% due 90 days days prior to departure.

Bank Transfer Fee

Payments has to be made via wire transfer or SWIFT. The Client hereby agrees to cover their own bank transfer expenses and additionally pay the bank transfer fee charged on the Agencies invoice, to cover the incoming wire transfer fee generated by the Agencies bank. Any delayed payment receipts and its consequences are at the risk of the sender. Delayed payments are subject to a monthly interest rate plus tax, according to the US money market.

Documents

The Client shall carry a passport and the visas needed under the selected itinerary. When applicable, the Client shall have the necessary sanitary certificates. Any breach by the Client of the foregoing shall make the Client lose his right to reimbursement and take the consequences of such default, including the possible denial by the authorities of the entry of the Client to any country.

Luggage 

Since the luggage room in small planes or vehicles is very limited, our visitors are requested to carry along during the excursion only with what is necessary. During your travel the rest of your luggage can be safely left in your hotel; however, we reject any liability.

Medical

There are no prerequisites for joining a EDT trip, but being healthy certainly makes the experience more rewarding. People with heart trouble and pregnant woman should have her physicians approval before taking any kind of tour. Persons with various handicaps are welcome on Earth Discover Travel  trips, pending a discussion of any special requirements.

Insurance 

Every effort is made to insure a safe trip for all, but we recommend that you protect yourself, your belongings, and your vacations through the purchase of a short term travelers insurance policy. Trip participants should realize that in case of illness or injury during a tour, evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. Baggage and cameras are carried entirely by owner’s risk, and Bagheera Tours accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed property.

Important Remark 

The lack of infrastructure in the remote areas of World Heritage sites, the difficulties of the ground, the unreliability of the weather, in short, the peculiarities of excursions and trekking tours having a degree of difficulty may prevent us from following exactly the schedule described in your program. These adventures take place in the worlds most remote areas, which will give you the possibility of getting in touch with  the beauty of virginal nature. There is no need to stress, the Teams from our companies, make efforts to render you the best possible service during our excursions and trekking tours.
